Bgill's 6.5 v1.9CF build is stable, fast, looks good and the GPS works fine on all the different software I'vew got on my Omnia. I use Garmin MobieXT because it works with my Outlook Contacts. I have 1104 contacts and if there is a valid address for a contact, the Garmin will take me there. I also use GreenFinderGPS and GPS radar in the TitaniumWeather. Google Maps and Bing, They all work great. Hope I was of some help.

I think I am one of the few with a bum GPS chip in my Omnia. It didn't function well enough to b reliable, so I defaulted to a TomTom external (sigh.) I am holding out now until the next wave of smartphones come out next year. GPS on the phone is a real bonus, but there is a lot to be said fr the nice big screen on the dashboard and the quick POI searches. I was hoping to get the Omnia and TomTom to tsalk to each other so I could use their traffic services, but alas, foiled again.
