nope. still says something like "microsoft-Raph" its very hard to read because it flashes so damn fast. its literally like 1/5 a second. and yes, its the tri colored screen. it appears for less than a second and then goes to a gray screen with blue text and says "Loading..."
this not working, and the auto-flashers not working is leading me to believe theres something i'm missing here about my phone.
