Hook an ethernet cord from your PC to your xbox.

Plug USB in to your pc, turn on internet sharing.

On vista or 7: Go to network and sharing center, then Change Adapter Settings(or Manage Network Connections)

Ctrl + Click your phone's usb connection and your Local Area Network you have hooked to your xbox.

Right click one of them, hit bridge connections(You may have to do this a few times, it's glitchy).

Turn on Xbox, there ya go.
I am using the intxROM 2.5 [WM 6.1 Manilla 2.1] which is awesome, but when I follow the directions you gave I get an error that says

"To create a network bridge you must select at least two LAN or High-speed Speed Internet connections that are not being used by Internet Connection Sharing"

could it be because I am trying to do this with a playstation 3 or am I just doing something wrong?
