Now, I may be bias because I work for the company, but I don't think you need to be upset at Sprint. Sprint didn't manufacture the phone. Sprint isn't like a car company where they have to stand by the product they make. The only thing Sprint should have to stand up and answer for is your cellular service. That's it. Sure, they sell you phones, but Sprint has to make bids on those phones and pay for them in order to sell them to you. That's why the company has different choices. Palm, Research In Motion, HTC, Motorola, Sanyo, Samsung...blah blah blah. Those companies have to answer for their products.
That being said, this is kind of ridiculous. But I personally don't want to go to the Touch because I like my keyboard. I know the Touch will be faster, but I'm a texter and email is my thing. I can'd deal with a phone that expects me to text on the same size screen as the Mogul.
