I have TEP so I don't know if that helped to facilitate an instore warranty exchange. My Diamond was not exchanged under TEP though, as my issues were due to a manufacturer's defect.
yeah I had to send in my phone for repair for a more severe issue and they replaced the motherboard on my phone.

Sprint would do it but they charge you money.
