And as for your response regarding paying full price as opposed to using the retentions threat, may I just say "thank you". I feel as you, Sprint has been good to me over the years, and I've only had one customer service rep treat me poorly. In the end, because of how angry he made me, and he was in the wrong, Sprint gave me a Mogul to replace my Treo 700p which was giving me the fits. I thought that was pretty superb service. How they can remain in business when so many just want to stick it to them is beyond my thinking.
The funny thing is that a few years ago I would probably be all in retentions *** trying to get whatever I could but I have changed alot over the years and realize that I shouldn't really be that way(you know, always trying to get something for nothing). I wouldn't want my job nickle and diming me over my paycheck so why would I treat someone else that way?
