Basically what ivanmmj said. To elaborate further, the bottom bar is larger and it appears that MS is moving all menu functions to it. With this recent build, start menu is moved to the bottom on the left and while the "X" and "OK" are now in the bottom right. The top bar has been shrunken due to the start menu move and is now just wide enough for the clock and icons. But, to make it more finger friendly, since 23022, clicking on ANY icon in the task bar actually brings up a "zoomed" version of it where you can slide it left and eight and VERY easily choose one with your finger. The stylus is pretty much done with now...YAY! The default dialer now shows you the last THREE contacts called on the dialpad screen. The start menu allows you to drag and drop shortcuts where you want them...

There are more, but just to give you and idea
