I am one of the few who has crummy GPS on my Omnia and I am tired of trying to fix it.

I just pair it, and then go into the bluetooth menu, and choose COM PORTS, make an outgoing port using the GPS, then setup my GPS software to use that COM port. If you can pair your phone to the GPS and make an outgoing port with it, it might work.
