It was not like that until about a year and a half ago.
I have been with Sprint over 10 years and they have very much improved regarding their fairness, customer service, billing,etc. in the last year and a half.
A complete turn around.
At least Sprint is heading down the right road.
Btw, my sister has Verizon and wouldn't switch to the older Sprint SERO plan about a year and a half ago.
The one they offered 1000 minutes
for $50 which included alot of unlimited features.
She stayed with a Verizon plan she was paying $50 for 400 minutes with no data, etc. and continually has to watch her minutes.
Unbelievable and she's still on it

That's customer loyalty at the expense of the customer.
My brother made the switch from Atnt and has been happy ever since.
