Stopwatch 1.1
You can find 95 hits for "stopwatch" on freewareppc.com. I use the one from AvantVision - it's pretty lightweight by itself but does require CF2.0. The time lag from tap to screen response seems to be around .1-.2 seconds. [Edit: Although you can't see it on the screenshot because I hadn't started the clock, the readout is down to milliseconds, which is shown as a three-digit scramble in the lower right corner of the black window, below the seconds.]
