I totally agree crankerchick. 45 bux is a lot of dough just to get and send some damn pics or vids. And yes, most reps do not understand how PDA phones/plans work. They are used to the conventional phones that do no more than an Atari system or Commadore 64 (hope I didnt offend anyone

) But I guess since this phone is still thier flagship phone and considered for more business people than persons like most of us, they assume it is a company write-off and a drop in the bucket to pay an extra $45 for it. At least Sprint is reasonable with thiers.
