I said dude i have been able to open multiple web pages on windows mobile phones for a while now and he said "are you sure" i said yeah and showed him. He was suprised. And this is something small. Carriers need to train there employees on all these phones and help the customers find a phone that fits the customers needs. Windows phones are not that complicated. If you know how to use a computer you know how to use a windows phone. The complicated part is flashing and tweaking which most people probably wouldn't do. Windows just need to make it look more flashy which windows mobile 6.5 and 7 will take care of.

The reps expect you to buy a phone you cant instal anything on. Whats the pupose of it? Having features you cant use. I had a theme in my phone which only changed the color of the taskbar for over a year, was flawless and a rep told me that my phone was frozen cause of that. I dont think it takes a year for it to fail. They dont even try, my impresion is that they always just wanna hard reset to solve anything, then we loose everything we had set up in it.
