If you wanna pay for it

You can sync your PC with your mail2web account only if you wanna pay the $20 a month for a personal exchange server service. The way I keep everything up to date is this:

I have all my pop (and gmail) accounts forwarded to my mail2web account (just like you have) which are then pushed to my 6700. It of course also syncs contancts, notes, etc with the mail2web service.

When I select forward my mail in my pop/gmail accounts I choose the option to leave a copy on the server. I then use outlook (on my laptop) to download all my mail. That way every message gets pushed to the 6700 and downloaded to my laptop.

When I sync my 6700 with the mail2web server I choose to have the 6700 overwrite everything on the server if both items have been edited. Likewise when I sync my 6700 with my laptop I choose to have my 6700 overwrite if both items have been changed (since more often then not if I change something it's on my 6700). Otherwise, when you sync, it does just what it says, it syncs. This way my mail2web and laptop outlook files are exactly the same. Yes you have to sync the 6700 with the laptop everyday, but to me it's not a big deal, I just plug it in at night and it syncs with the laptop and the mail2web server at the same time via my laptops internet connection.

It takes an hour or so to get everything set up, but once you do, there is nothing too it. It just does, it's thing. It's great.

I know that was long winded, but I hope it helps.
