this may help..... but i dont know what rom you flashed so im not sure if you can use this cab, but it worked for me. mms works beautifully, and there are only two temp problems with it:
1) it changes your boot animation to verizon, so copy your current one and use shaps config to restore it.
2) you will need to kill a process (something like htc_cm_guardian.exe ?) and remove it from windows directory after installing the cab.. because said program will not allow you to change your connection preferences. apparently there are other ways to get rid of it, but it wasnt listed in startup for me so i had to get rid of the exe.
