Maybe you could setup different accounts for the diff folders. You might try using phm regeditor and look/search the registry and see if you can find the reg entry where it tells the email system which folder to look/download from. Hope you can figure it out!

Unfortunately, I think you're right.

In the past, I never set up folders on the exchange server itself but rather downloaded all emails to my PC directly. This left only the INBOX on the exchange server and therefore correctly reflected the number of emails on the home counter that were sitting in my inbox. All rules/sorting of emails and additional email folders would then reside on my local PC which would download the entire messages and remove them from the server. The reason I changed it recently was due to a company laptop refresh and to ensure I can access my latest emails while mobile whether that would be via my phone or the web. I will still use my laptop to archive emails older the X months, etc to ensure our rention policies don't delete them on me and to keep from going over the email box limits. I do have phm regeditor installed, but have yet to search for a counter of sorts, but believe if it does exist it's tied to only ONE folder.

I also thought about deleting the account and starting over, but after reviewing the manual I don't see any step where it provides the option different than I can set currently. In any event, I appreciate your response and hope someone else ran across this as well that may have a solution. If nothing else, I will just have to live with it.
