This doesnt feel like 6.5's kinetic scrolling. It feels like TouchFlo is handling all the scrolling. As an example, go to bluetooth settings and select profiles. On 6.5, i can drag that table all over the place, almost making it move off screen. It also has an elastic band effect. On this rom, I cannot do that. It is not using 6.5 kinetic scrolling on that dialog and on all scrollable lists.
The scrolling in 6.5 is extremely smooth. This is notchy, just like TouchFlo on 6.1. While it does have kinetic scrolling, this is not 6.5 kinetic scrolling. I have used many 6.5 roms and I can spot its scrolling anywhere. This is not it.
Otherwise, very nice rom.
