Can't say i've ever had that issue. Also, i'd like to preface this by stating that I LOL'ed when i saw the title of this thread. It is deceptively worded. On to the issue. I would suggest unlocking the phone and try JUST flashing the radio (post HERE ) and see if thats the issue. Outside of that, i would recommend a new rom, or avoiding airplane mode.
