I've had the Touch Pro for awhile. No problems. Then all of a sudden when I turn it off it will NOT turn back on without a soft reset. This is a MAJOR problem because I miss calls and appointments. The battery is fully charged. I can't figure out if it's a power issue, a memory issue (shouldn't be, I have 139 mb free) or what. It's not the device either...this is the 2nd one and it's happened on both of them. Could it be some rougue
