Good luck with that! What were saying is you gotta try 'em. Don't wait for your carrier to update their ROM which is not all that stellar to begin with (as compared to some of the custom ROMs you'll find here), as you'll be waiting a long time and then most likely be disappointed once you finally get it. Once you flash a ROM try everything out. Work with it. You can always revert back to the original ROM. I had the same question as you a while ago and now I flash about once a week (it's addicting) depending on if there has been an update/fix. PM me if you have any more questions and I can help you out.
