I've tried both on Adrynalyne's 3.0 6.5 Vanilla ROM and both work, displaying in 1% and 5% increments but battery drain was
significant,at least for me. I had to revert back to the standard driver. They both worked fine for me when I was running Adrynalyne's 6.1 CC20 based ROM. Neither driver caused any noticeable battery drain on that ROM.
I love Adrynalynes 6.5 Vanilla 3.0 ROM, however I do regret going to it from his 6.1 CC20 based ROM. I had very good GPS performance AND 1% battery incriments (with no battery drain) with that ROM. I was very hesitant to reflash to the newer CF03 based ROM but made a leap of faith thinking that the improvements would be worth it. I personally don't see any GPS perfomance increases with the CF03 ROM and now I have to live with 20% battery increments

Oops, just realized you asked about the drivers for CF03 6.1 ROMS, not 6.5
(I don't know if my battery drain issue was related to the CF03 update or going from 6.1 to 6.5)
