Not sure what broke this or why, but since at least the 8/1 build you can no longer dial a number that has the international + prefix. It is helpful to be able to use this prefix because then if you ever leave the country all of your contacts still work. I have done this for years now on all my contacts. I really don't want to strip this from all of them, plus I don't know if you can dial any international numbers now.
