look for the cab file below. (simply remove the ".zip" extension and you have the full cab file ready to install).
It works just find if you install it regularly, and it replaces the old file explorer.

It's in the Helmi Addition folder as cecmd.exe,and part of the OEM. Open file explorer and find it in the \Windows folder. Click on the cecmd.exe and open it. using it's explorer go to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs and find the .lnk select the link, click and hold,go to properties and change fexplore.exe to cecmd.exe and click OK. The change doesn't even require a reset. I posted the "Helmi File Explorer trick" on another thread but it's worth repeating.
