may or may not work - I do not understand DSM's just yet, but try just making an empty file named GUID.dsm ( use the GUID from the RGU file )

Seems like that may work for the DSM error if it's only a few ringtones.
about the regitsry - look at build.log in temp if you have it, or just look around line 117 in ffffffff-a7b0-4359-a15b-70118118c83d.rgu. These errors occur when there is a duplicate registry setting somewhere else. check build.log, but some kitchens don't have it...
