I just installed the new rom and am having troubles with the HTC home customizer. I have already HomePluginWM6 & HTC_touch_home_plugin along with the HTC audio manager files. I can't get the home customizer to update the today plug-in. everything stays in the default 3-tab configuration, even though I get a message saying that it updated successfully. has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

I also can't get the HTC grey background to install. whenever I click on the cab it takes me to the settings window to select a background but only the default ones are there.

any help?
