If you're still keeping that FAQ up to date...

Could you add this in there either in place of, or next to the mention of the SMS160 CAB? It seems the CAB is turning the character count back on. So here's the regedit to change the max sms character size.

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\SMS\TextShared\IS637MaxAsc iiCharacters]
Change the value to 160.
