Thanks, avaya - That did the trick!
I had to add the "HKLM\Software\OEM\VoiceCommand" key first, since it wasn't there in my registry.
BTW, I did do a quick search first but didn't find anything (maybe because I was searching for "Button 4"?). Since I didn't find any results, that's why I posted.
