da_reeseboy, just pulled 23028 XIP and dumped it. It is missing cachefilt.dll (most likely because whomever created it used xipporterex.exe and left the remove cachefilt.dll box checked). Do you have access to the original that might have this module, or the intact 23028 MSXIPKernel?

EDIT - found an intact MSXIPKernel. Will share the modified XIP once I can verify it boots and is stable.
