download baf/msl...install it...get your msl...go into the ##3282# programming menu...make sure that your username is filled in there...don't worry about the rest...usernames can be different...mine uses my
firstnamelastname@sprintpcs.com Others use 10digitphone#@sprintpcs.com
if you have your username in there...the update cab should work
all else fails call up sprint and they will reprogram your phone over the air.
