I literally just completed this task for the first time ever a few moments ago. Simply amazing. All you need to do is download a radio which comes in as a .rar file. You extract the contacts of that file and grab the file that says RUU_signed.nbh. Copy that to the root of your storage card and rename the file RAPHIMG. It will take care of the extension for you!
To enter the bootloader all you need to do is hit the POWER and VOLUME DOWN, pull the stylus out and hit the reset and it will bring you to the tri-colored screen. Should tell you what to do from there!
