No you won't need to "Clear Storage" after flashing to the stock ROM. The nbh file is what the RomUpdateUtility uses to flash your phone to the new ROM. The instructions in this link are pretty good. Place the .nbh file into the same folder as the RomUpdateUtility. Then run the RomUpdateUtility. It should flash the same way you flashed to MR6.
