it will work for the touch pro and diamond. itll probibly work on a ton of other phones that use the qualcomm msm7xxx processors.
This doesnt enable the gps. this enables agps. ur gps is unlocked by default. u can put ur phone in flight mode and turn on a gps program and it will eventually give u ur location. (takes 1-20 mins) this is just using the gps NOT agps.
agps uses a cellular data connection and the gps receiver together to give u ur location faster.
this tells the agps what ip address to conect to to get the gps ephemeris data. (sat location for that time of day data)
post a screen shot of where u have to choose a phone base. did u use the 301 build of qpst?
