I'm assuming you've already tried a hard reset. I suggest you flash back to stock then I recommend reading and then rereading codybear's faq over on xda about flashing the Vogue. You prolly just forgot something or missed one little step that is causing problems. You'll prolly find it when you read through it. May The Force Be With You...Always.
