Cinemo is awesome, but it only works in North America and you only get showtimes for the current day.
Flix is a global version that has other cool features
(more info here).
Mainly, you update once and you get 7-10 days worth of movie times, summaries, cast info, and movie posters. It stores it all, so you won't need a data connection to check the info for the rest of the week (then you can update). Came in handy last week when I was stuck in a building with terrible reception and we wanted to decide on a movie to see. Give it a try. First update takes a while because it grabs info from all theaters nearby. After that, disable the theaters you don't go to and updates should only take a couple minutes (faster over wifi).
Key Features:
- Supports North America, UK, France, Germany, Spain, & Italy (possibly Ireland)
- Yahoo based
- Search based on Postal code or town
- GPS "Where am I" lookup
- Google Maps link from Cinema Info screen
- Call cinema directly from the app
- Lists times, cast info, Synopsis, runtime, and (optionally) a poster if Yahoo has one
- Download multiple locations
- Schedule updates with commandline switch
- Ignore cinemas you don't visit
