The funny thing is that it will partially hard reset. All contact and personal data is in there, but all the other apps are broken and everything is back to default. I wanted to know if anyone has witnessed the same issue, and if so, have you resolved it?

Never had this issue occur with any version of SsS; been using it since v0117. Could be something you're installing over the rom that isn't compatible.
