I think the real problem is a lack of imagintation. With programs such as UltimateLaunch, WAD, and rlToday you can create almost any type of look you want. For functionality I've always felt simplicity is best. That's why I'm still using the HTC Home Plugin as my base for all my themes. I just posted pics of my latest theme in my Buuf Deuce Icon thread.
