I don't know if I believe the 3 batteries a day story. I am currently using my Diamond (I know it has slightly better life than the TP, but the difference isn't that great), and since 7am (its now almost 4pm) I have listened to music all day, data connected all day, push email- have received 25+ emails, sent and received 30+ text, 5 phone calls, and surfed the net for a while during lunch. My battery is now at 20%. I know 20% is pretty low, but I have used the hell out of this phone today and I'm pretty pleased with these results. BTW, signal strength in my building is low so my phone has to work pretty hard to maintain signal and connection.
