I agree with him. I hate this Edit - NinjaMom Touch Pro and wish that I had gone with an Iphone. The TP is slow, freezes, build quality is terrible. I've had 3 of them and on all 3 the chrome starts peeling off after on a few weeks of light use.

This is honest curiosity, but can the iPhone do all these things? I can see the contact search being annoying (although I know there are apps to fix that) but I personally would hate the GPS automatically assuming it knew where I wanted to go, although I suppose the option to "drive to appointment" would be nice.

As for the rest, I had the touch pro for two weeks and never had those problems. (Returned for outside reasons.) Are they really as common as that? Since I'm considering the TP2 I honestly want opinions.
