Is there any way to set up IMAP e-mail download scheduling so that it will only download during a peak time (say, 8am-10pm)? I ask because I have my phone sync every 15 minutes and if I get an e-mail in the middle of the night, I am alerted to the new e-mail sound. I use my phone as my alarm so I do not want to set the volume to silent, either.

Any ideas?
