All in all, if it works for you, great, I for one been doing this a long time and NEVER once had I flashed stock to flash custome again. And, yes I have never had any problems. I read all this crap a lot of you go through and go...wow! Really??, hmmm, I dont get it, mine just works.

Exactly... stock ROM doesn't clear out the storage system any different than another ROM, it's not like the stock ROM is exactly the size of the storage space and writes to every single piece of the memory.
