Can you please tell me if there is anyway to get the internet back on my HTC touch. I feel like an idiot because you capitalized those instuctions. I wasn't sure when customizing would begin, but then it was too late. It customized and I had no internet just like you said. I tried repeating the all steps again but no luck.
