This has also happened to me numerous times over the past 48 hours, so you're not alone. What carrier are you using? I'm with Sprint, using an HTC Diamond. I think it might be the network... I've never had a problem with the phone before and I have not installed any custom roms...

I called sprint for a PRL update and a "reset" from their end, whatever that may be, to no avail. Even tried soft resetting my phone, no luck...
