Make sure you are connnected to your PC. You may need to connect and disconnect the USB cable a couple times to make sure all the drivers are installed. Set up your phone with windows mobile device center and connect. Then close the connecet center.
On your phone go to start > settings > and tap on the connections tab at the bottom. Open up USB to PC and uncheck the box marked "enable advanced network functionality".
You may need to reconnect your phone to your pc again.
On your phone go to start > Programs > scroll down and click on internet sharing. Pick USB and tap "connect.
You should be good to go.
