UPDATE:
Asurion just called me... We're talking, what, 15 minutes after I sent the email to them.... WOW, what good customer service. That lady told me that they did make a mistake, and that I will be receiving the HTC Touch Pro delivered to my door tomorrow at no cost, but, of course, have to send the SNAP back... Which is fine! So, Asurion wins one in my book... Wonder now if Sprint will try to resolve any of the issues with their reps.
