Yeah Sprint will do what you allow them to do. Stay on them and get everything in writing, also, ALWAYS aske to speak to somone in the US. If I were you I would call retentions and raise some h#ll until you got a better phone. But I must say that Mogul is not all that great of a phone.... My $00.02
