The NetCF issue was actually the GAC*.* files in SYS\BaseApps. I replaced them with the ones from 23016 and the NetCF issue is fixed. Its an issue with the sys, so anyone that hasn't already fixed it will have the issue. As far as the phone scrollbar goes, that is corrected in 23025. I just updated the 23025 sys link on the first page... it now has the GAC*.* files replaced along with a few reg edits for disabling the stupid magnifier and re-enabling the Owner, Input, and Buttons links in Settings.
