Yeah, I did keep a level head through most of the conversations... Any you are right, it's an Asurion problem. I did send them the same email. But, the fact that it took me 2 sprint reps to get the phone activated!!! Plus, 3 reps to even explain the issue the first time!!!
I'm using the phone for now, because I need to have a phone with me. That's the only reason I have didn't reject it.
Hopefully they'll all realize that the replacement phone isn't the same and try to work something out.
