Sorry for being a noob...

So, let's say I want to flash the 08/11 ROM and start with a clean slate... I would hard reset, re-flash the 08/11 ROM, hard reset again?

Is that what everyone has been doing?

(And by hard reset, you would press power+enter+volume-down, correct?)
