for some reason cycling bluetooth, i.e. turning it off from settings --> connections, then back on fixes some skipping problems after a soft reset. As far is JointStereo - try it on 1 with a good stereo song, it retains stereo separation in wm6 - not so in wm5. My theory is that putting it on 2 makes limiting bitpool necessary because 2 is more demanding on the bt connection. You will get more full sound (more bass) by not limiting bitpool.
