Inaccessible Vision Homepage/Manage My [Sprint] Account

Has anyone noticed that the Sprint Vision Home Page (http://vision.sprintpcs.com) or the "My Account" home page (http://manage.sprintpcs.com or http://manage.sprintpcs.com/Manage/portal), cannot be accessed on the 700wx? These pages allow access to your Content Manager and your account channels like account management (ability to pay your bill and review your usage).

I have tried with two 700wx's and receive the following error message:
  • "There has been an application error! Please contact your system administrator to report this error."

I reported this to Sprint tech support and Sprint Treo support departments and have been told the "My Account" home page is down BUT these URLs can still be accessed by 1) other Sprint [non-PDA] phones, and 2) the Treo 700p.

Furthermore, I noticed when I had a 700p, the "Content Manager" section would appear when I accessed my Sprint account from a regular computer but no longer appears after I switched to the 700wx. Without a content manager section appearing, users cannot change "Call Tones," browse/buy applications from Sprint, or access/re-download previously purchased content including ringtones.

Is there a Vision configuration, tweak, or hack someone knows for the 700wx? Or does someone know of different settings to be used in the DATA configuration (code: ##3282#)?
