Meh, Class Action Lawsuits are usually thrown out of court.
However, this does have to do with the ETF, which the FCC set regulations on. It just depends if their fees fell within the regulations
If they did = They lose
If they didnt (But are not grandfathered prior to FCC regulations) = they win
I'd bet 80% chance they lose.
